Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in La Crosse, WI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. We see patients by appointment only. As a courtesy to other patients, please let us know 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your appointment. If you have an emergency, please call as soon as possible so we can better accommodate your needs.

Insurance and Billing
Payment for services is the responsibility of each patient, parent, or legal guardian. If you have dental insurance, our staff will be happy to assist in filing any necessary forms. Even though your dental insurance may pay for a large portion of the cost, you will be responsible for any part not covered. Our staff will also be informing you of your estimated cost responsibility and asking you pay that portion when services are rendered. We are Network Providers for the following insurance companies:

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we do accept payment by cash, check, VISA or Mastercard. Credit applications are available for patients who wish to apply for extended credit through CareCredit. Our offices offer senior as well as cash discounts.

Safety
In addition to our masks and gloves, we utilize a sterilization program to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Sterilization and infection control costs are included in our fees. Please ask and we will be happy to explain this procedure in more detail to you.
